In the CustomFIT program, Viavor combines the best of tradition with the latest in technology. If you are not fitted in one of the sizes available through the matching system, we can use your scan data to make an individual, custom-made shoe last or mould.

The "last" or mould over which the shoe is made is a critical step in the making of a quality shoe. The last determines the fit and feel of the shoe and influences the shoe's wear performance.  A highly skilled last maker uses dozens of measurements to account for volume, anatomical contours and motion of the foot. An intricate size grading system ensures that as sizes change, the last dimensions change proportionately throughout. Viavor consulted master last makers in Europe and North America to develop the moulds for Viavor shoes.
